Home renovations in Brampton
Ali Baba Constructions works across Brampton, from Springdale, Castlemore and Fletcher's Meadow to Heart Lake, Bramalea and Mount Pleasant.
Brampton families tend to come to us for the same things: a kitchen big enough for everyone, a legal basement apartment or in-law suite with its own entrance, and whole home renovations in subdivision houses that are due for their first real renovation. Every job starts with a site visit and a free written estimate.

Brampton: common questions
Straight answers to what families ask before they call. If yours is not here, call Kumail at (647) 686-1786.
Do you come out for estimates anywhere in Brampton?
Yes. Call or send the form and Kumail will set up a time.
Can you build a registered basement apartment in Brampton?
Yes. Brampton requires a second unit to have a building permit and to be registered with the City once it passes inspection. We plan the permit, the fire separation, the separate entrance and the inspections from the first visit. Our Basement Apartments and In-Law Suites page covers what is involved.
Can we live in the house during the renovation?
Usually, yes. A kitchen, bathroom or basement job can be done with the family at home. At the estimate we go through which rooms will be out of use and for roughly how long, so you can plan around it.
How soon can you start?
That depends on the size of the job and what is already booked. You get a realistic start date with the estimate, not a hopeful one.
