Bathroom with a glass shower, double vanity with veined countertop, gold faucets, oval mirrors and glossy tile floor

Bathroom Renovations

A bathroom is used by everyone in the house, every day, and in a full house it has to work hard. We rebuild it with the finishes people ask for now: a glass shower, large-format tile, a floating or furniture-style vanity, matte black or brushed gold fixtures, and a layout that makes the most of the room.

Our process

How your renovation runs

Five steps, the same on every job, so you always know what happens next and who is doing it.

Request a free estimate
  1. Site visit and written estimate

Kumail comes to your home, looks at the space with you and talks through what you want. You get a written estimate at no charge, with the scope spelled out.

  2. Plan, finishes and timeline

Materials, finishes and the schedule are settled with you before anything is ordered or opened up.

  3. Permits and registration

If your job needs a building permit, or a basement unit needs to be registered with the City, we say so at the estimate and build it into the plan.

  4. The build

Kumail runs the site day to day. Electrical, plumbing and heating work is done by licensed trades he works with regularly.

  5. Final walkthrough

We walk the finished space with you, room by room, and anything that is not right is fixed before we call the job done.

FAQ

Bathrooms: common questions

Can you add a bathroom, or put one in the basement?

Yes, where the plumbing allows. A basement bathroom often means opening the concrete floor for the drain, and Kumail will tell you at the site visit what that involves and what it adds to the price.

How long will we be without the bathroom?

It depends on the size of the room and the work, and we tell you at the estimate. If it is the only bathroom in the house, we plan the order of the work to keep the time without a working toilet and shower as short as we can.
