Full Home Renovations
Several rooms at once, or the whole house: a kitchen, the bathrooms, new floors through the main level, the stairs, paint and a basement, planned and run as one job with one person accountable for all of it. For a house you have just bought, or one you have lived in for years and are ready to bring up to date.
What this usually includes
- Kitchens, bathrooms and basements as part of one plan
- Flooring through the main level and upstairs
- Stairs and railings to match the new floors
- Interior painting throughout
- Accent walls, trim and built-ins
- Electrical, plumbing and heating by licensed trades
- One schedule, one written estimate and one person to call

How your renovation runs
Five steps, the same on every job, so you always know what happens next and who is doing it.
Request a free estimateSite visit and written estimate
Kumail comes to your home, looks at the space with you and talks through what you want. You get a written estimate at no charge, with the scope spelled out.
Plan, finishes and timeline
Materials, finishes and the schedule are settled with you before anything is ordered or opened up.
Permits and registration
If your job needs a building permit, or a basement unit needs to be registered with the City, we say so at the estimate and build it into the plan.
The build
Kumail runs the site day to day. Electrical, plumbing and heating work is done by licensed trades he works with regularly.
Final walkthrough
We walk the finished space with you, room by room, and anything that is not right is fixed before we call the job done.
Full home: common questions
Can we stay in the house during a full renovation?
Often, yes, by working in stages: one floor or one group of rooms at a time, so that a kitchen and a bathroom stay in use for as much of the job as possible. We set the order at the estimate around how your family uses the house.
We have just bought a house. Can the work be done before we move in?
Yes, and an empty house is the easiest kind to renovate. Tell us the closing date and the move-in date at the estimate, and Kumail will tell you what can realistically be done between them.
