The build
Kumail runs the site day to day. Electrical, plumbing and heating work is done by licensed trades he works with regularly.
Final walkthrough
We walk the finished space with you, room by room, and anything that is not right is fixed before we call the job done.
Drywall: common questions
Can you build an accent wall in a finished room without a bigger renovation?
Yes. A trim or panel feature wall in a living room, bedroom or entry is a small job on its own, and one of the most noticeable changes a room can get.
Can you repair the drywall after the electrician or plumber has opened the wall?
Yes. Patching after trades is part of nearly every renovation we run, and we match the surrounding finish before painting.
